1/19/06 - Happy New Year Everyone! I'm finally 18 now! Woo hoo! It's been a month... almost exactly since the last update, but Dia 24 is here! We get ever closer to finding out just what is going to happen in this bizarre love triangle! Think you know what's going on? Well it's quite obvious so I wouldn't be surprised if everyone figures it out before it even happens... but I can assure you that no one will see Season 4 coming... I know the few who've read it already when I was first writing it didn't expect it... So many plot twists and ideas we'd never worked with before!

I also have very happy news! I was accepted to the college I'd applied to the other day! This means that in the coming fall, updates to the site may be few and far between... I promise I will never totally give up on the site, and I will continue to write dias for as long as I can keep it up, but I must put my education first, and if that means pushing back updates to the site, then I am prepared to do so. I'm sorry if that saddens anyone out there, but I assure you that I won't forget about the site! CaslteDreamer will not die!

The new layout to the site sort-of died... My ideas can't be manifested in HTML as readily as I'd hoped, and I lack the resources to find out how to do it... so we're stuck with this one for a bit longer. I'm hoping I can take some kind of computer class in addition to the classes I have to take for my major, but I don't really have any idea what my schedule will be like yet. In any case, enjoy the new Dia, and continue to check back for more!

12/20/05 - This has got to be the fastest update to the site I've had! I really got inspired on this last dia, so I just couldn't stop working on it! Plus the fact that a few of my games that I play instead of working on the site are down and being fixed, so I had no choice but to get work done. I hope you all like this new dia! It's a little on the long side, but I think you all deserve a nice long read. I hope to keep up this 2-3 week update trend. I want to get to Season 4 so badly! I'm sure everyone will love it, but I do have to warn everyone that my normal PG-13 to R rating is going to get a little... shall I say... Killed? Season 4 was written during a time in my life where I was not only growing as a woman, but also growing in my curiosity... There are certain things in this next season that the younger readers may have to skip over. Otherwise, read at your own risk! A more thorough explanation will be up when it gets closer to the end of Season 3.

In other news, I'm starting to put together a new layout for the site. This one should be a little less black and a little more Egypt. At least that's what I'm planning. It may not work and I'll be stuck with this layout for a while longer... This layout here was one of my best so far, so I'm not too concerned if I end up not finishing a new look.

Also, there is a new, TOP SECRET project getting started for the site... I won't reveal the details just yet... but... Let's just say one of the Season 4 dias is going to be very, VERY different from the rest. Keep your eyes pealed for hints and announcements as we draw nearer to Season 4!

Finally, the way things are looking, I may have to take down the forums. My webspace is limited and they aren't getting any use... I'll probably wait till the next update to decide, but if it just sits there for much longer, I'm going to trash it for more space. I've actually started on some of the character info pages, but none are quite ready to go up yet, so you'll all just have to wait. 12/6/05 - I feel like I say this every time... Sorry!! This one was mostly my fault though... my hectic work schedule made it so that the time that I had for website work and other things made me want to just sleep and sit and do nothing... But, I am happy, because Season 3 starts now!! We start off fresh with a little mini conflict and we're alluded to the new central conflicts of this Season. I hope you all are ready for the ride of a lifetime, because if you think this looks bad, you haven't seen anything till Season 4 rolls around.

On that note, let me mention that Season 3 updates may take a bit longer in and of themselves, because there is a bit of planning that I have to do. There are a lot of things to get done before Season 4, and I have be careful as to what I say and what I don't, because Season 4 is already written and I have to be sure that I don't give too much away. Season 4 will be one of the more intense areas of the dias, and it will also... be a little more adult. More details to come on that...

Other news... I'm looking into creating my own server for the site! As in, unlimited space! Which I would love because I want to put up artwork and things like that, and I need more space for such things. I'm starting to plan out a new layout for the new year... which isn't to say that it'll be ready for the new year... Me and my lazy bum.

You also may have noticed that the guestbook sorta... disappeared. This was due to huge amounts of spam messages, and not many genuine messages. I trashed the guestbook and signed up for a ShoutBox which can be found on the splash page of the site. Note that if I find spam and/or inappropriate comments in the ShoutBox, I will remove that as well, and you'll have to resort to e-mailing me your death threats for putting up the next dia... Not that I don't already get enough of those! XD

Also, may I encourage the use of the CDForums! They're not getting much use, and I may end up trashing the forum to save more space on the server... I'd like for us to be able to post about things, but if there's no use... there's no reason to keep it up.

Finally, I just want to make mention of this for those of you who don't read my DeviantArt journals. Tashi, the former co-writer of the dialogues and I have begun the long and involved healing process for our friendship. She and I are back on speaking terms at the moment, but we aren't talking nearly as much as before, and I don't expect us to ever be that close again. This in NO WAY effects the dialogues. They are still solely my property, and Tashi will NOT be helping to write any of the dias. She has expressed some interest in giving suggestions, but I have told her, and she is aware that any suggestions she makes will not be credited. It's just like a person working on a book. Someone who offers a suggestion for a scene isn't named as a co-writer, so nor will she be credited for the dias. The character change is still in effect; I will not be changing the names back again. Way too confusing and no real need seeing as how Tashi isn't part of the site.

Thanks for sticking with me through another year of craziness! I hope to have the next dia up before the end of the year, but just in case I don't, Happy Holidays, and have a wonderful New Years, everyone!!

11/3/05 - Aye... I'm so sorry It's been so long since an update. If you follow my journals on DeviantArt at all, you'll know why it's all been so hectic. Between idiot guys, idiot parents, idiot coworkers, and just plain idiocy... I haven't gotten much work done lately. Anyway, today Dia 21 finally goes up! It's the final dia for Season 2. Season 3 is going to be jam-packed of suspense, suspicion, and new discoveries... so buckle your seat belts and prepare for the worst, because believe me, whatever you can imagine will happen... it'll be 20 times worse than that.

Other than that, I have some sad news that some of you may have already noticed... I had to remove gallery pages from the server. I just don't have the space for everything that I want to do on the site, so I'm going to start looking for alternatives for things like the forum and guestbook. I really don't want to expose everyone to ads and other crap from those free-hosting places, but if I am to keep putting up more dias and more pages, I'll need all the space I can get. There is good news though... I'm starting to collect pieces-parts of computers... and sooner or later I plan on having a mega hard-drive set up on my own server. Hosting my own website = no disk usage warning e-mails! And enough space for a massive site! Woot!

Until that happens though, you may find more parts of the site disappearing. The guestbook gets more spam in it than actual comments, and I'm considering trashing it to save space. The Forum really isn't getting too much traffic, so I don't think it's worth all the space it takes up either. Probably what I'll end up doing is just having some kind of a live-chat on the site (which takes up minimal space and doesn't store things on my host server to take up more space) or I'll have to swallow my reservations for free-hosters and get a forum and guestbook offsite.

I am, regardless of space problems, going to start on the character bios pages. I realized that especially with Season 3 coming up and all the complicated stuff going on, that a quick source as to who knows what and who's associated with whom will help immensely. Beware however, as most likely some bios will have some spoilers in them... Having to do with the dias, AND the Anime.

9/17/05 - Horray! Dia 20 goes up today! I'm not sure when 21 will be ready to go. I haven't decided whether it'll be under Season 2 or 3 yet, so I have a bit of brainstorming to do. I hope everyone's interests are being perked by the end of this last one though. Setsuna and Ari seem to have many secrets... and it's possible Marik is figuring that out. More to come on that later, however.

I'm working on the pixel art pages, and also working on the gallery pages. I know the link for submitting your art isn't working, and I'm fixing that ASAP. If you see any other bugs with the site, feel free to e-mail me with what's wrong.

Also, just as an update in case anyone was wondering, I should be hearing about getting a job in the next few days. That means that updates to the site may take a bit longer, because I won't just be bumming around my house. Don't worry though, I won't go so long between dias now if I can help it.

9/10/05 - Well it's been a while since the last update. Sorry about that... I've had a bunch of job interviews and other things going on. If you visit my DeviantArt page a lot, then you know most of what's been going on. Dialogue 19 is going up today, and I'm sorry to say, it's a cliffhanger. I hate it when things do that... but I don't want the dias getting to be too long, and this one was already nine pages!

Again I'd like to call some attention to that little link on top to the forum... join in!

I'm also working on another expansion to the castle. In addition to my work on the character info pages, I'm going to start putting some of my pixel art up. You can see all of my art at my DeviantArt website.

Keep checking back for the next Dia. Twenty is already being written (because its a cliffhanger, duh...) so it shouldn't be too long before it goes up. Thanks for visiting Castle Dreamer!

7/28/05 - This is the first news entry! As most of you have probably already read, the Dias are being forced to change from Tashi to Ari. This process is now complete. Please be sure to read the new Dia 18. There is no need to re-read the previous dias; the story has not changed except for Dialogue 18!

Also, I'd like to call attention to the CDbb forums! Join in and chat!

Lastly, for updated info about me, and many "secrets" coming up in the dias, visit my DeviantArt website and read my journals! You never know, you could find out about secret pages, and get hints as to upcoming events in the story!
